Croatia has been described as the Mediterranean as it once was .....
The culture has a vibrant yet relaxed approach to life in a setting that encourages one to soak up the sun and nature. Many civilisations have passed through this small but extrardinary country and have left hints of both mediterranean and eastern flavours. 
The cuisine is simple and full of flavour and promise, the sea crystal clear and the hillsides offer fantastic views.
There is nothing quite like sitting on a terrace eating freshly caught and coal grill fish with the water lapping against the quay and the yacht moored right alongside before an afternoon of sailing to the next tiny secluded marina. Apart from some fantastic sailing, we made sure our participants had a great time on the hills sampling local wines from vineyards overlooking the Adriatic.
Sailing the waters between Split and Dubrovnik offers a fantastic panorama of islands, each and every with special character. Our participants had time to enjoy the sailing, work as teams and later brainstorm future business trends in relaxed roundtable sessions.
The mix of sailing and local waterside cafes, was very hard act to improve on. While the business was serious, there was plenty of time to reflect and combine teamwork between stops. This was a very different but highly motivating corporate planning session.
